Pilot home-care coordination in Dehradun, Mussoorie & Rishikesh • For emergencies, call 112 or your nearest hospital

Important information

Clear expectations support safer care.

These terms summarise ReAssure’s role during the Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh pilot. The written booking scope and invoice provide the specific commercial terms for an assignment.

Our role

ReAssure assesses enquiries and coordinates suitable available nursing, GDA or attendant, physiotherapy and diagnostic-partner support. An enquiry or assessment is not a confirmed booking.

Service availability

Availability depends on pin code, care complexity, schedule, travel conditions, professional suitability and confirmed acceptance. We cannot guarantee immediate placement, uninterrupted availability of a particular professional or a clinical outcome.

Clinical boundaries

ReAssure is not a hospital, emergency service or diagnostic laboratory. Diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment decisions remain with qualified treating clinicians. GDA and attendants do not independently perform nursing procedures.

Emergency situations

Do not use the website form or live chat for an emergency. Call 112 or contact the nearest hospital when a person has urgent symptoms, severe deterioration or requires emergency transport.

Professional matching and substitution

Identity, qualifications and role suitability are reviewed according to the assignment. If a scheduled professional becomes unavailable, ReAssure will attempt a suitable substitution, but timing and continuity cannot be guaranteed.

Fees and payment

Pricing, taxes, deposits, cancellation terms and payment schedules are communicated before confirmation. Pay only through an approved ReAssure channel and never share card PINs, banking passwords or OTPs with a professional or coordinator.

Concerns and feedback

Report safety, conduct, attendance or billing concerns promptly to reassure@wanderlustlifespaces.com or call +91 70780 76622. Immediate medical risks should be escalated to emergency services first.
